WHICH SESSION SHOULD I BOOK?
No Frills: I dress casually, the session is laid back and relaxed, and there are no bells and whistles included.

Full Regular Rate: I will dress up more, but still prioritise comfort. The session is more formal, and all the bells and whistles are included.
