APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: For the purpose of this cancellation policy, the term “Deposit” means the amount sent to confirm the booking (the booking fee). The terms “cancellation fee” and “admin fee” are at the amount of £100. Discounted Tribute Rates are specifically any appointment rate outside of the Regular Tribute Rates, including and not limited to any and all “Specials”, “Newbie” appointments, and Cheapskate Rates.
REGULUAR TRIBUTE RATES:
Regular Tribute Rates are fully flexible and refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start time of the appointment.
Cancellations received between 24-72 hours (1-3 days) of the start time of the appointment are entirely changeable with a £50 admin fee, but are completely non–refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the start time of the appointment are entirely changeable with a £100 admin fee, but are completely non-refundable.
DISCOUNTED TRIBUTE RATES:
Once paid, these discounted tribute rates are completely and entirely non-refundable.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of the start time of the session are completely and entirely non-changeable and non-refundable.
Cancellations received with more than 72 hours notice, are also completely and entirely non-refundable but the appointment can be changed to another time and date at my discretion, and if we are both able to, within 3 months of the original appointment date and with a £100 admin fee.
This does not apply to bookings where additional providers were due to be present.
Please remember – all deposits/payments for discounted sessions are non-refundable.
If at any point I need to cancel for any reason, you will not need to pay a rescheduling admin fee. I may also offer you a refund (in full, or minus a £100 admin fee), depending on the circumstances, and this will be entirely at my discretion.
EXTENSIONS/DATE TRANSFERS:
Once a booking date extension is agreed upon, the booking fee is completely non-refundable. Any and all extensions for appointments booked using My Regular Tribute Rates are valid for a period of 12 months from the original date of the booking, after which time they expire and are non-transferable. Any and all extensions for appointments booked using My “Specials”, “Newbie” appointments, and Cheapskate Rates are valid for a period of 3 months from the original date of the booking, after which time they expire and are non-transferable.
For the Subspace Experience offers – the Basic Subspace Experience falls under Discounted Tribute Rates. Both the Ultimate Subspace Experience and the VIP Subspace Indulgence fall under Regular Tribute Rates.
Bondassage appointments are treated as Regular Tribute Rates.
Please also note, double and triple sessions take time to coordinate, therefore there is little chance that same day appointments are available unless a Double Session Day is being advertised. If you wish to book a multi Domina session, you may use the online booking system to schedule a Regular tribute rate session at the time you wish to start, for the duration you are looking for, and send your £100 non-refundable deposit. We will then discuss additional Dominas and final tribute amounts.
IMPORTANT:
I DO NOT OFFER PERSONAL INTIMATE SEXUAL SERVICES. I may permit you to hand relieve yourself at the end of the session for my amusement if it is appropriate for the style of session, or if I feel you’ve earned it, but there is no guarantee. A Bondassage session with me is not a massage and wank service. If you are specifically looking for hand relief, please note this is not an activity I offer. There are many wonderful providers who specialise in this area…
My sessions are not conducted either in the nude nor topless/bottomless. I will, however, remove my shoes for foot worship sessions where applicable. Please read and follow the simple instructions contained in the confirmation email.
There are a few things I do not tolerate: drug or alcohol use or influence during session, bad manners, bad hygiene or bad timing. Be respectful, be on time, definitely do not arrive early, and if you’re late please message as per the instructions in the confirmation email. I do allow a small grace period in case you are delayed in transit, so please do not panic if you are a little bit delayed.
My work phone lives it’s life on silent and is not switched off from silent any earlier than a minute before the time our booking is due to begin. Even then, I may not answer it until the session start time as I may still be with a previous client. My studio is literally 1 minute’s walk from the Overground station that you will be directed to call from, and you are already receiving plenty of extra time, so there is no need to panic if I do not pick up until (or just after) the allocated time.
